Le Camere sul Golfo chiude le porte. Volevamo dire grazie a ognuno degli ospiti che ci hanno scelto.

Grazie per averci affidato le vostre vacanze, per i saluti sulle scale, per le colazioni in terrazza davanti al porto e per i racconti delle giornate al mare. Molti di voi sono tornati, alcuni più di una volta: è il regalo più bello che potevamo ricevere.

Vi salutiamo, ma il golfo di Gallipoli resta lì, con la sua luce. Speriamo che vi capiti di tornarci e, guardando il mare, di ricordarvi di noi con un sorriso.

Le Camere sul Golfo is closing its doors. We wanted to say thank you to every guest who chose to stay with us.

Thank you for trusting us with your holidays, for the greetings on the stairs, for the breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the harbour and for the stories of your days by the sea. Many of you came back, some more than once: the finest gift we could ever have received.

We are saying goodbye, but the gulf of Gallipoli is still there, full of light. We hope you find your way back one day and, looking out at the sea, remember us with a smile.
